PLEASANTON, CALIFORNIA -- Vagaro, the leading business management software for the beauty, wellness, and fitness industries will officially celebrate the company’s move into their new office space in Pleasanton, CA with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Saturday, August 1at 11 .
Vagaro CEO Fred Helou and Pleasanton Mayor Karla Brown will open the ceremony with a few words, followed by a ribbon cutting.
Deputy City Manager Pamela Ott, Economic Development Manager Lisa Adamos, and City Councilmember Kathy Narum will also be in attendance.
The recent move from Dublin to the much larger office space Pleasanton was fueled by the team’s growth during a period of ongoing expansion.
Vagaro achieved “unicorn” status last year, which designates a privately held startup company valued at $1 billion or more.
This status attainment brought extensive press coverage to the software company which has been headquartered in the Tri-Valley region since its inception.
Vagaro also owns two of its own salons in the area. Salon 77 West is located in both Danville and Pleasanton – the latter belongs to the Pleasanton Downtown Association.
Earlier this year, Vagaro opened its first international office space in the U.K. in order to better serve the platform’s growing user base across the globe.
